Booking & Cancellation FAQs
What is your cancellation policy?
You must cancel any booked class 9 hours prior to the session time to maintain your class credit. Any cancellations within 9 hours of your session time will result in a loss of your credit, or for memberships a $10 cancellation fee will be charge to your card on file.
What do I need to bring?
We strongly encourage you to wear pilates grip socks to your session (these can also be purchased at our studio). Please bring along a drink bottle, sweat towel and wear comfortable exercise clothing. If you have long hair we encourage you to wear it tied up, for safety purposes. For our Matwork classes we do provide mats but you are welcome to bring your own, we do highly encourage the use of a sweat towel.
I'm running late for my session, what should I do?
We know from time to time there will be things out of your control that lead you to be late to classes. Each class will begin with a warm-up for the first 5-10 minutes of class. For safety reasons, we will not permit entry to class after the first 10 minutes, as you will not be adequetly warmed up for the session. If this is the case, the class will be treated as a late cancel and you will lose your class credit.

We do not have private studio parking, so you will need to find either street parking or park in one of the public carparks around Springwood. Class Style & Levels FAQs
How does Reformer differ from Matwork?
Reformer Pilates uses a special spring resistance apparatus called a Reformer Bed. Reformer exercises usually work muscles through a large range of motion which is ideal for building and toning muscles as well increasing stability through the joints when compared with Matwork.
I'm a complete beginner, are your classes suitable?
Yes! our beginner classes are a perfect option for first timers. Your trainer will run you through your reformer and provide you with physical and verbal guidance throughout your session to make you feel at ease and build your confidence!
How long does a class run for?
Our classes run for 45 minutes.
What is an Open Class?
Our open level classes are suitable for all clients ranging from beginners to advanced. Our Open Level classes do assume knowledge of the reformer bed and an understanding of reformer pilates basic exercises (taught in beginner sessions). Our Open Classes have a faster pace and more advancements offered throughout the session. We recommend you do between 5-10 reformer classes prior to jumping into an open class.
