Will you offer matwork Pilates at your new studio?

Yes we offer both Matwork and Reformer classes at our Springwood Studio

What is an Open Class?

Our open level classes are suitable for all clients ranging from beginners to advanced. Our Open Level classes do assume knowledge of the reformer bed and an understanding of reformer pilates basic exercises (taught in beginner sessions). Our Open Classes have a faster pace and more advancements offered throughout the session. We recommend you do between 5-10 reformer classes prior to jumping into an open class.

What Facilities does your Studio have?

Our Studio is equiped with 7 Reformers. We also have a small kitchenette and drinking fountain to fill your water bottles. We have a private bathroom, however we do not have any showering facilities, so keep this in mind when organising your class times.

What's parking like at the studio?

We do not have private studio parking, so you will need to find either street parking or park in one of the public carparks around Springwood. Springwood can get quite busy, so please make sure you leave ample time to find parking, prior to your class commencing. We would recommend parking in the large carpark on Springwood Avenue, behind Priceline and then walking down to the studio. Please observe all parking limits.

Do you have grip socks to purchase at the studio?

Yes, grip socks can be purchased at the studio prior to class.

I'm running late for my session, what should I do?

We know from time to time there will be things out of your control that lead you to be late to classes. Each class will begin with a warm-up for the first 5-10 minutes of class. For safety reasons, we will not permit entry to class after the first 10 minutes, as you will not be adequetly warmed up for the session. If this is the case, the class will be treated as a late cancel and you will lose your class credit.
